Reliable stormwater dispersal support
Soak Well Servicing
Fremantle Resource Solutions provides soak well servicing for residential, commercial and industrial properties across Fremantle, Perth and surrounding regions.
Soak wells are a key part of many stormwater systems, particularly in areas without direct connection to mains drainage. When soak wells become blocked or overloaded, stormwater can back up, pool on the surface or place pressure on surrounding infrastructure. Regular servicing helps maintain effective dispersal and reduce the risk of flooding and property damage.
Our soak well servicing process
What we offer
Maintenance and repair
In some cases, soak well issues can be addressed through cleaning and maintenance. In others, repairs or replacement may be required due to age, damage or changes in site conditions.
Through our combined capability with Fremantle Plumbing Service, we support repairs or system upgrades where necessary, coordinating waste handling and plumbing works through a single team.
Who we work with
Our soak well services support older residential properties, commercial buildings and car parks, schools and community facilities, and industrial sites with hardstand areas. We tailor our approach to each site’s layout, access constraints and stormwater load.

Responsible waste handling and disposal
Material removed during soak well servicing may be classified as controlled waste depending on its nature.
Where applicable, waste is handled, transported and disposed of by licensed operators under Controlled Waste Licence T00004, in line with Department of Water and Environmental Regulation requirements. Disposal documentation is provided to support compliance and record-keeping.
We provide controlled waste services across Fremantle, Perth CBD and central suburbs, south of the river, the Peel region, the eastern suburbs including Gosnells, Kelmscott and Maddington, and throughout the south west of Western Australia.
If you’re unsure whether we cover your site, our team can confirm service availability and access requirements.
